Image Describer X ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a fair and transparent service experience. To protect your rights, we have improved the following detailed refund policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refundable Circumstances

1.1 Subscription Services (Monthly/Yearly)

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers can apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that usage does not exceed 20% of the initial credit amount.
  • Technical Failures: If service interruption caused by platform technical issues lasts for more than 24 hours, you may apply for a pro-rated refund for the days of unused service.
  • Duplicate Charges: If verified as a duplicate payment caused by a system error, we will automatically refund the full amount of the excess charge.
  • Service Non-Delivery: Cases where the service cannot be provided due to platform reasons after purchase.

1.2 Credit Purchases (Pay-As-You-Go)

  • Unused Credits: You can apply for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the credits remain completely unused.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you purchased the wrong credit package by mistake, you may apply for an exchange or refund within 24 hours, provided the credits represent unused.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Given the nature of digital products, the following circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Usage Exceeds Limit: Subscriber has used more than 20% of the initial credits.
  • Credits Consumed: The purchased credit package has been partially or fully used.
  • Expired Application: Refund requests made after 7 days of subscription (You can cancel auto-renewal; service remains active until the end of the cycle).
  • Violation of Terms: Service terminated due to violation of Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal content, malicious account sharing).
  • Special Items: Items explicitly marked as "Non-refundable" during promotions or special sales.
  • Subjective Factors: Dissatisfaction with generation results due to personal aesthetic preferences (we recommend using the free quota to try first).

3. Refund Process

If you meet the above refund conditions, please apply through the following process:

  • Time Limit: Please ensure to submit your application within 7 days of purchase.
  • Application Method:

  • Required Information: Please include your Order Number, Reason for Refund, and Payment Receipt in the email.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.
  • Rights Retention: After cancellation, the fee for the current period is non-refundable, but you can continue to enjoy the service until the current billing cycle ends.
  • Recommended Time: To avoid accidental charges due to time zone differences or system processing delays, we recommend canceling at least 3 days before the renewal date.

5. Special Notes

  • Actual Payment Only: Refunds are limited to the actual amount you paid; bonus credits, coupons, and other benefits cannot be cashed out.
  • Yearly to Monthly: Yearly plans used for more than 30 days generally do not support a full refund, but may be negotiated to convert to monthly billing (refunding the balance after deducting the monthly fee for used months).
  • Enterprise Services: Refunds for enterprise users, API users, or large recharges should be negotiated directly with the business team for specific service agreements.
